Scent Family Member Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Scent Family Loyalty Program.
Spend RM 1 to get 1 point. Each point accumulated will unlock different levels with different benefits.

We have 3 Scent Family Member Levels:

Level 1 : Casual Sniffer - 1 - 99 points 

Level 2 : Medium Sniffer- 100 - 299 points 

Level 3 : Addicted Sniffer- 300 - 499 points 

Your member level is valid for ONE YEAR from date of upgrade . It will be downgraded to one tier below if the minimum spent does not meet your current tier level after ONE CALENDAR YEAR

EXAMPLE:

You are a current Casual Sniffer Level with us and spent RM200 on 1st May 2023. You have been upgraded to Medium Sniffer Level. This would be reflected as a  Medium Sniffer till 1st May 2024. If you have only spent total of RM30 that year with us,you will be downgraded to the lower tier from the 1st May 2024 onwards as you did not meet the spend level of RM100-RM299 in one year. You will be then downgraded to a Casual Sniffer.

Point Redemption:

Accumulate points to reach a redeemable voucher. Once the point value is reached, it can be used to purchase any products in store or online.*Read below terms Points is not available to redeem at wholesalers, outlets or partner store or under the Scent Ambassadors program. Point accumulation is valid for 1 year.

300 points = RM 15 voucher

500 points = RM 25 voucher

850 points = RM 60 voucher

1500 points = RM 125 voucher

2000 points = RM 220 voucher

Terms for vouchers:

  • Vouchers cannot be stacked with automatic discount.
  • Vouchers cannot be stacked with discount codes.
  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Unclaimed vouchers will expire after 1 year. (Follows Scent Level expiry date)
  • Vouchers are not transferrable.
  • Once claimed, vouchers must be used within 30 days.

Birthday Gift:

All tiers are eligible to receive their Birthday gift  discount of 15% Off. Customers must purchase a minimum of RM 80 in one order in to use their birthday gift discount in-store or online, using their unique code received via email. Birthday gift discount code is redeemable for up to one month from the date of customers’ birthday. Birthday gift cannot be redeemed with any other gift or promotion offer. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. Birthday gift discount is not available to redeem at wholesalers, outlets or partner store or under the Scent Ambassadors program.

Christmas Gifts:

Level 3 + are eligible for one redeemable Christmas Gift upon purchase of one product from store. Redeemable Christmas gift starts from 1st December to 25th December. Valid while stock last. Gift can be redeemed via online store or in-store. Christmas gift is not available to redeem at wholesalers, outlets or partner store or under the Scent Ambassadors program.
