Free Shipping for orders above RM 120:
All orders within one single check out will enjoy standard free shipping when order amount is RM 120 and above. This is applicable for West Malaysia only. This is not applicable for East Malaysia and International deliveries.
Next Day Delivery:
Flat rate of RM 15 . Applicable only to Kuala Lumpur,Petaling Jaya, Subang and Puchong ONLY . All paid orders for next day delivery received before 12am, will have their orders delivered by the next working day. All paid orders received after 12 am, will have their orders delivered either the next working day or the following next working day. Please ensure sufficient time for our packers to process your order for efficient delivery.
Next day delivery has no deliveries on a SUNDAY or Public Holidays.

Alternatively, you may click on our "Calculate my shipping rate / Track my parcel" link at footer of our page to calculate estimate shipping rates and our choices of delivery partners. Rates will be calculated based on weight and address. Our shipping partners are:

- PGeon Prime: 2-3 working days
- PGeon Delivery: 3-5 working days
- DHL e-commerce : 3-5 working days
- Aramex : 3-5 working days
- Skynet Express : 1-2 working days
- Zepto Express : Same day 6 working hours
- J&T Express: 2-3 working days
*Shipping partners may change from time to time but will be reflected and updated on shipping page. We reserve the right to switch to a suitable shipping agent for your order due to subject of availability to courier service operating hours to ensure your order maintains a fast delivery.
In most cases, orders received before noon Monday through Friday will ship same or next day. Express shipping orders, e.g. Skynet Express must be received before 10 a.m. During high volume sales events, orders are processed first with priority shipping methods, e.g. ground and express shipments, and then by order dates.
When merchandise is unavailable, orders may be held until merchandise becomes available, however, Candle Pit Stop company will inform customer via email notification of any out of stock item that may occur during time of order.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Proceed to choose your preferred shipping methods upon check out. Delivery charges will be based on weight and your address. Any other custom duties, taxes or additional charges by the receiving country will be borne by the customer. Please do check with your local authority or country on any additional charges that may incur on your shipment.
Candle Pit Stop company is not responsible for the cost of reshipments to invalid addresses, duties, taxes or other applicable fees.
